We all have them. It’s nothing special by definition, but it can be detrimental to your well being.

Some people are insecure about looks, insecure about relationships, insecure of their position at work. There are many examples of it.

The takeaway is that chances are, your insecurities are more than likely unnoticed by anyone else but you.

When you went into the store today, what color shirt was the lady in isle 2 wearing? You have no idea do you?

So that shirt you think is unflattering, that argument you are hellbent on “winning”, that feeling of imposter syndrome in your position at work… guess what? You are probably the only one who cares about it.

You are your own worst enemy, and your only real ally in this battle.

Stop worrying about what others “think” because trust me- they don’t. Instead, focus on what YOU are worrying about, and more importantly, how you talk to yourself.

You deserve to be happy, and your insecurities are holding you back.
